Meet the men and women who have answered the call to lead Austin Disaster Relief Network in glorifying Christ through the mission of disaster relief. These highly-skilled individuals work tirelessly to keep the organization on track and moving forward to bring hope into crisis.
Executive and Senior Leaders

Daniel Geraci
Executive Director/ ADRN Founder
Nearly a lifelong Austinite, Daniel Geraci founded the Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN) in March 2009. Since then, ADRN has grown to a network of nearly 200 churches, assisted more than 43,000 disaster survivors, trained thousands of volunteers, and donated an estimated $16 million to rebuilding and recovery, emergency funding, transportation, short-term housing, and goods and services to help families and individuals get back on their feet.
ADRN’s support spans five counties in the greater Austin area (2.4 million people). ADRN’s network of churches has deployed volunteers to eighteen significant disasters, such as the Bastrop Fires (2011), Moore Oklahoma Tornado (2013), West Texas Fertilizer Explosion (2013), October Floods (2013), Memorial Day Weekend Floods (2015), October Floods (2015), Hurricane Harvey (2017) and Hill Country Floods (2018).
ADRN’s primary focus in disaster response is to equip the body of Christ to shepherd families/walk with families until they’re back on their feet. ADRN also provides emotional/spiritual crisis intervention, financial assistance, case management, call center support, warehousing, mass distribution, mobile thrift store, clean-up, repair/rebuild, and church network development. In order to meet the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of those affected by disaster, ADRN trains between 1,500-3,000 heads per year. ADRN will also develop new church networks outside of greater Austin to help the local church develop a long-term recovery strategy, shepherd families, raise funds to help families get back into clean and safe homes, and ultimately advance His kingdom through the transforming power of Jesus Christ. ADRN’s hope is to help the church be relevant in the eyes of the community in times of crisis so multitudes come into the kingdom.
Inspired by the Lord while sponsoring two surviving families from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Daniel was given the vision to build a network of greater Austin Churches who would set aside theological differences and mobilize, organize, and train together to meet the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of those impacted by disaster. To develop ADRN, Daniel leaned on God's handiwork in building a Christ-centered, prayer-centered core team of volunteers who were passionate to see the body of Christ unite together under one vision, one purpose, and one mission.
Daniel lives in Leander, Texas, with his wife Allison, and his two daughters.

Tim Dale
Field Operations Manager
As the Field Operations Manager, Tim provides leadership and management of volunteers and staff during ADRN's disaster preparedness and response activities. He works closely with all ADRN departments, key volunteer leaders, and badged volunteers to achieve the defined objectives in a timely and God-honoring manner.

Tim and his wife Toya are long-term members of Grace Covenant Church. They have two adult children and two grandchildren.
