It can happen in an instant. Without any kind of notice, someone can lose everything they own. If we are prepared, then we’re able to come alongside them, and the entire community can help in their most urgent time of need.”  -Dwight Bailey, Jr., Executive Director

You make it possible for ADRN to be prepared to meet the needs in our community in the face of disasters, great or small.

Please send your best year-end gift today to help us end the year strong and prepared for 2024!

Your Every Day Impact

ADRN responds to more than the major disasters that make the news. We meet with families who go through small-scale disasters nearly every week – 152 families so far this year. Hear how ADRN helped our neighbors in crisis during some of the worst moments of their lives.

As a volunteer, my job is to give them as much love over the top as I can give them.

When Cheryl met Jared* after his apartment was lost to fire, she noticed that he seemed very happy, but there was clearly an underlying issue. As she ministered to him, she discovered that he was still reeling from a prior trauma. Driving home after work one evening, a woman who wanted to end her life suddenly stepped out in front of his vehicle. Even though he swerved to miss her, it was too late. Cheryl helped Jared receive clothing and other basic necessities as she worked with him to process the weight of two devastating events in his life.  (*Name changed to protect privacy)

Your support puts the love of Christ in action for disaster survivors in our community. Thank you!
