Privacy/Security Policy

ADRN is determined to secure our customer’s personal information. All customer information is protected by encryption (SSL) to protect all and any personal data including name, address, and credit card information. We make every effort to ensure your personal information will be fully secured and protected. We may from time to time, use your contact information and/or previous purchase history to send you direct information regarding sales and promotions. None of your personal information is shared with other customers and is never sold to third parties.

Refund/Return/Exchange Policy

ADRN assures that all of our products arrive to you in acceptable, working order and we want our customers to be satisfied. If you have received a damaged item, we want to make it right.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email Sharon@adrntx.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include cds, dvds, and go bag items.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

All Training classes ordered online cannot be refunded. In the event you are unable to attend a class that you have paid for online, the funds can be credited to another class of the same value.

Refund: We will refund monies for returned merchandise as stated in this Return Policy. Refund payment will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase.

Shipping Policy

If you live in the Greater Austin Area it is recommended that you come to the ADRN office to pick up your merchandise. Contact Sharon@adrntx.org to insure product availability and arrange for pick up date and time.

If you live outside the Greater Austin Area, ADRN ships all orders an average of 3-5 business days from the time the order is placed. Standard shipping policy is to use UPS Ground services or USPS; whichever offers the best value to our customers. For large orders, additional time and alternate freight carriers may be necessary.
