Disaster Relief Coordinator (DRC) Training:

The DRC is one of the most important leadership roles an ADRN volunteer can play within their church in times of disaster. The DRC provides leadership, direction, and services within their participating organization under the direction and guidance of the Austin Disaster Relief Network HUB Coordinator. In the event of a disaster or disaster drill, the DRC coordinates and directs supplies and personnel to appropriate locations for their organization. The DRC provides leadership and support to disaster preparedness activities including planning, training, coordination and development of volunteers.

Database Training:

The Database Training is for Disaster Relief Coordinators (DRCs), giving instruction on how to access and manage volunteer information for their church. An ethics agreement (signed by church leadership) is NOT required to be trained on the database, but IS required to access information for volunteers at church.
