Love Our City Fest Raffle Rules

  1. Who Can Enter
     Only individuals 18 years or older may purchase raffle tickets or claim a prize. Purchases by minors are not allowed under Texas law.

  2. Ticket Sales
     All raffle tickets are digital-only and must be purchased through our official online platform powered by BetterUnite. No physical tickets will be issued.

  3. Raffle Eligibility
     Ticket purchasers must be physically located within the state of Texas at the time of purchase. Entries from outside Texas are not permitted.

  4. Raffle Organizer
     The raffle is conducted by Austin Disaster Relief Network (ADRN), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization authorized to hold charitable raffles under Texas law.

  5. Number of Raffles Allowed
     ADRN is permitted to conduct no more than two raffles per calendar year under Texas law.

  6. Winner Selection and Announcement
     Raffle winners will be drawn virtually at set times throughout the day on May 3, 2025, using a random generator tool operated by an independent representative from BetterUnite.
     Drawing times will be posted near registration booths and at the amphitheater stage, and announced over the audio system and by the event DJ throughout the day.
     Winners will be notified in person (via announcements), by email, and phone using the contact information provided at purchase.

  7. Claiming Prizes
     A valid photo ID is required to claim prizes. The name on the ID must match the name and contact information used to purchase the raffle ticket.
     Prizes can be claimed onsite on May 3, or afterward at the ADRN offices (13801 Burnet Rd, Suite 100, Austin, TX) within 30 days of the drawing date. Unclaimed prizes after 30 days may be awarded to an alternate winner or donated back to ADRN.

  8. Prizes and Odds
     Prizes are listed on the official raffle page. Odds of winning are based on the total number of tickets sold. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  9. Restrictions on Participation
     ADRN staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle to ensure fairness and transparency.

Ticket Sales Are Final
 All ticket purchases are non-refundable and considered charitable contributions.
 Raffle ticket purchases are not tax-deductible.

If a specific disaster response becomes overfunded and identified needs have been addressed, the ADRN Board of Directors will redirect your gift to a similar response effort.
