A few details:

  • 10 x 10 booth space, up to 4 passes for staff
  • No booth fee, only a small donation/commission of sales that goes back to the community and mission!
  • Tent, tables and chairs, and utilities provided by vendor.
  • Food vendors will need to submit certificates by 4/15.
  • Only quiet or silent generators are allowed, please let us know beforehand.
  • Vendor area will be accessible to the public in addition to event participants.
  • Maps, load-in and tear-down times will be finalized one week before the event. All set-up should be finished by 11:30am.

Donations Disclaimer: Gifts to ADRN for a specific disaster response will be used as designated. If a specific disaster response becomes overfunded and identified needs have been addressed, the ADRN Board of Directors will redirect your gift to a similar response effort. All other gifts to ADRN are unrestricted and may be used for any purpose consistent with the mission and vision of ADRN.
