On Demand at your own pace from April 26 -- June 17 Not on site - In your own home! Followed by Skills Practice/Evaluation on Saturday, June 19, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM and Simulation on Saturday, June 26, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM At a location TBD There is no cost to take this training - There will be an opportunity to give a love offering. Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) classroom training is now On Demand! Do this 12-hour FEMA online training in the comfort of your home and on your schedule, instead of carving out 5-6 specific nights to attend on site. To complete the 28-hour FEMA requirement, ADRN offers a unique 2.5 hour Spiritual Training component, an 6-hour, on-site Skills Practice/ Evaluation, and a 6-hour Simulation on two consecutive Saturdays. Some of the topics covered include: Disaster Preparedness, Disaster Medical Operations, Disaster Psychology, Fire Safety, Light Search and Rescue, and Terrorism and so much more! What makes ADRN CERT qualifications unique from other CERT training is the spiritual training component we provide along with the life-like CERT simulations. Conflict Resolution in Times of Crisis Training - 3 Part Course Tuesdays, May 11, 18, & Live Simulation May 25, 6:30PM-9:30PM each night Course Time: Three 3hr sessions (9 hours) - Must complete all three 3-hour sessions to receive credit for course You will also have the option to become certified in this training when you complete the two week challenge after receiving credit for the course. If so, this is the class that will not only equip you but will also give you the confidence to face the challenges we all face every day. ADRN is hosting this important spiritual training to provide the necessary tools for volunteers to help loved ones, friends, neighbors or victims affected by disaster, experiencing great stress and conflict within their marriage or family.
