Walking in the Spirit in Times of Disaster – On Demand

Course Time: 9 hours – Must complete all videos and quizzes to receive credit for this course.

Walking in the Spirit in Times of Disaster:  This course is designed to remove any mystery behind walking in the Spirit and give practical steps in how to do so, especially in times of crisis.  Areas of focus will be: practicing the fruits of the spirit, agreeing and fellowship with the Holy Spirit, and what it means to walk, live and be led by the Holy Spirit.  We will also consider our current challenges as humans and how to overcome through His grace.

PHASE I – Prerequisites (if you are already a badged volunteer, skip to Phase II)

1.  Go to to View My Profile.
If you have trouble logging in, email Please make sure your contact information on the Profile Tab is current. Be sure to click the Save & Submit button if you make changes.

2. Go to Agree Tab in your profile page to make sure your Confidentiality Agreement, Statement of Faith and ADRN Ethics Agreement are all signed, and make sure you have selected “agree” for your Background Check. This will take you to a new page to complete a Background Check if you have not completed a Background Check for ADRN in the last 36 months.

PHASE II – How to Register

1. Register for training. Login to and click Register for Training. You’ll find the Walking in the Spirit course in the On Demand Trainings Tab within the registration section.

2. Click on Site Home, then View My Profile, then On Demand Tab.

3.Download or print the WIS Instruction Guide for instructions on how to complete this course.
