CISM (Critical Incident Stress Management) Online Training Copy

Online Training | 6 Hours | Anytime March 3-17  Simulation March 19 & 20

ADRN highly recommends this internationally recognized training for volunteers who are called to help people in times of crisis and/or called to the mission field. This training will equip participants to deal with the mental, emotional and spiritual issues most people encounter in times of disaster, including trauma, learning debriefing techniques and much more. The CISM Core Team (certified CISM Instructors) instructs this class. All participants will receive a certification of completion in Disaster Psychological 1st Aid and CISM/CISD (Critical Incident Stress Management/Critical Incident Stress Debriefing) after completing 7 hours of course time then participating in a 6 hours Virtual Simulation.

To be credited for this class you need to complete 7 hours of CISM On Demand training and to attend the ZOOM skills practice and Q & A March 19, 6:00PM-9:00PM and Virtual Simulation March 20, 10:00AM-1:00PM. (You will be notified of the ZOOM link for the skills practice and simulation when you complete the online training). Training cost is $95 – Scholarships ($47.50) are available to full-time students and those impacted by Covid-19. To apply for a scholarship go to, click on Training then Scholarship Application. You may also consider volunteering in the Hope Family Thrift Store for 16 hours in lieu of registration fee (volunteer hours need to be served before registering for training).
