In times of crisis, the Call Center receives up to 1,000 calls daily from individuals in desperate need of information, someone to talk to, prayer, or sponsorship from caring Shepherds within our church network. Additionally, the Call Center serves as a crucial resource hub, collecting vital information on available supplies, donations, businesses offering services, and eager volunteers seeking ways to help.
Through this invaluable training, you’ll gain the necessary skills to efficiently navigate our phone system and respond compassionately to those in dire need. To enhance your learning experience, the training culminates in a realistic simulation, allowing you to put your newly acquired skills into practice and fully grasp the impact of the position.
