ADRN Response to 2021 Winter Storm
Even though the ice and snow from Winter Storm Uri melted weeks ago, hundreds of Central Texas residents struggle to recover from the damage left behind. Below are a few ways our network of churches continues to bring hope into this crisis today and in the weeks to come.
Response Overview: What Happens Next?
- Emergency assistance in the form of housing, gift cards for food and gas, clothing, and other supplies are being distributed to those in urgent need.
- Shepherds will be assigned to survivors with long-term needs to walk with them until they can return to safe and clean homes.
- Resources needed for home repairs and other issues will be distributed to survivors according to individual needs as they are assessed.
